We offer a 5-year warranty on our faucets.
From the date of original purchase, all products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects and mechanical failure. If the product is found to be non-compliant, under normal installation and use, any parts proven to have material and/or workmanship defects will be replaced “free of charge.”
In the event of water leakage or dripping during use, we will provide the necessary parts “free of charge” to restore the faucet to normal working condition, and we will replace “free of charge” any parts or surface finishes proven to have material or manufacturing defects during normal installation, use, and maintenance. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (original sales receipt). Defects or damage resulting from the use of non-genuine parts are not covered by this warranty.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
Normal wear and tear resulting from everyday use is not covered by this warranty.
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or abuse of the product, or by the use of cleaning agents containing abrasives, alcohol, or other organic solvents—whether caused by a contractor, service provider, or yourself—is not covered by this warranty.
We are not liable for labor costs and/or damage incurred during installation, repair, or replacement, nor are we liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, injuries, or expenses of any nature related to this faucet. Except as otherwise required by law, this warranty supersedes and excludes all other warranties, conditions, and guarantees, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
*Note: If the product is used for commercial purposes or in multi-unit installations, we guarantee that the product will be free from manufacturing defects and mechanical failures for five years from the date of delivery.

A brief description of the issue – to provide the diagnosis from owner or professional
An image and video will be required when the issue is relating to a mechanical or workmanship defect. Example: “There is an issue with my faucet color finish”.
Confirm full shipping address information including your phone number and apartment number if applicable
